Hello — I am Fatih Battal.
I build and run marketing systems for companies that need senior judgement more than they need more output. That covers organic and paid search, AI search visibility, the analytics layer underneath both, and the websites and infrastructure everything else depends on.
I work alone on purpose. It caps how many clients I take, and it removes the part of agency work that clients quietly resent — meeting a senior person once, then never seeing them again.
If your problem is outside what I do well, I will say so in the first reply rather than in month three.
Four things I believe, stated plainly so you can disagree early.
- Most marketing problems are measurement problems
- When a company cannot agree on what a lead costs, every downstream decision is guesswork dressed as strategy. Fixing the numbers is unglamorous and it is usually the highest-return work available.
- Seniority should be a purchase decision
- Companies are forced to choose between an agency that hides who does the work and a hire they cannot afford. Selling the level directly removes that false choice.
- A tactic without a kill condition is a subscription
- Anything I recommend comes with a window and a threshold. When it misses, it gets cut. This is the clause that makes the relationship honest.
- The work should outlive the engagement
- Documentation and training are part of delivery, not an add-on. If your team cannot operate what I built after I leave, I have sold you a dependency.
