You probably need this if…

How the work runs.
Audit What Exists
Plugins, theme modifications, hosting, and update history. Most struggling WordPress sites carry years of accumulated fixes that each solved something and collectively created the current problem.
Reduce
Removing plugins is usually the single largest performance gain available. Every one that stays has to justify itself against a specific requirement.
Rebuild For Editors
Structured fields instead of freeform page builders, so content stays consistent and editors cannot accidentally break layout. This is what makes a site maintainable after I leave.
Secure And Document
Update policy, tested restores, and written documentation. A backup nobody has restored from is not a backup, and I verify it rather than assume it.
What changes when this is done.
- A plugin list you can justify item by item
- Core Web Vitals passing in field data
- Editors who can publish without asking a developer
- A restore procedure that has actually been tested
Should I move off WordPress?
Usually no. WordPress problems are typically caused by plugin bloat, page builders, and cheap hosting rather than by the platform. A migration carries real risk and cost, so I recommend it only when the requirements genuinely exceed WordPress.
Can you fix a site another developer built?
Yes, this is a large share of the work. I audit first and give you an honest repair-or-rebuild recommendation with costs for both, including the cases where rebuilding is genuinely cheaper.
Do you offer ongoing WordPress maintenance?
Yes, as a monthly retainer covering updates, monitoring, backup verification, and a fixed allowance of change requests. It is available only for sites I have audited, because I will not warrant work I have not inspected.
