SEM Services
Paid search built to stop wasting budget before it is built to scale.
You probably need this if…
- Conversion counts in the ad platform do not match your CRM
- Performance Max absorbs budget and reports nothing useful
- Broad match spend grows while qualified leads do not
- Nobody has reviewed the search terms report this quarter
Built for
- Companies spending on paid search without a trustworthy CPA figure
- Teams that inherited an account nobody restructured in years
- Businesses entering a new market where organic will take too long
What you actually receive.
- Conversion tracking audit and repair before a single bid changes
- Account restructure with clear campaign and ad group logic
- Search term mining and a negative keyword discipline you can maintain
- Bidding strategy matched to your data volume, not to platform defaults
- Ad copy and asset sets tested against a written hypothesis
- Monthly spend review with a kill-or-scale decision on each campaign
How the work runs.
Verify The Data
I reconcile platform conversions against your CRM or backend before touching bids. Roughly every inherited account I audit has at least one tracking defect inflating or hiding results.
Cut The Waste
Search terms, placements, audiences, and geography get reviewed for spend with no return. This usually funds the rest of the engagement before any new campaign launches.
Rebuild Structure
Campaigns are organised so that budget, bidding, and reporting map onto how your business actually makes money — not onto how the platform’s default wizard groups things.
Scale Deliberately
Budget increases in controlled steps with a stated hypothesis. Campaigns that miss their target twice in a row are cut rather than nursed.
What changes when this is done.
- A conversion figure you can trust in a board meeting
- Documented waste removed from live spend
- Account structure a new hire could understand in an hour
- A written rule for when to scale and when to stop
What minimum ad budget makes SEM worth it?
Below roughly 2,000 USD per month in media spend, management fees consume too much of the budget to justify the work. Under that threshold I usually recommend organic search and conversion work instead.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards me for spending more of your money, which is a conflict of interest. I charge a flat monthly fee agreed in advance regardless of budget size.
Should I run Performance Max?
Only with clean conversion data, sufficient volume, and brand exclusions configured. Without those three conditions, Performance Max tends to absorb budget into branded and low-intent traffic while reporting healthy numbers.
