AI Optimization
Put AI to work inside your marketing operation without wrecking quality.
You probably need this if…
- Output volume rose and engagement fell at the same time
- Every team member prompts differently and results vary wildly
- Nobody can say which AI tools are actually earning their cost
- Drafts need so much editing that the time saving disappears
Built for
- Teams publishing AI content that reads as obviously machine-written
- Marketing operations bottlenecked on production capacity
- Companies with AI tool subscriptions and no workflow around them
What you actually receive.
- Workflow audit identifying where AI genuinely removes hours
- Content pipeline with defined human review gates and rejection criteria
- Prompt and template library documented for your team, not for me
- Brand voice specification concrete enough to be enforced in review
- Quality checklist that catches generic output before publication
- Tool stack review with a recommendation to keep, replace, or cancel
How the work runs.
Find The Real Bottleneck
Most teams apply AI to drafting when the actual constraint is review, approval, or research. I map where time is genuinely lost before recommending any tool.
Design The Gates
AI throughput without review gates produces volume that damages the brand. Every pipeline I build has explicit checkpoints with written criteria for rejecting work.
Document For Handover
Prompts and templates are written so a new team member can use them on day one. A system only I can operate is a dependency, not an improvement.
Verify The Saving
I measure hours before and after. If a workflow does not actually save time or improve quality, it gets removed rather than kept for appearances.
What changes when this is done.
- Documented workflows your team runs without external help
- Consistent brand voice across AI-assisted output
- Quality gates that catch generic content pre-publication
- An honest verdict on which tools to cancel
Will Google penalise AI-generated content?
Google penalises unhelpful content regardless of how it was produced. AI-assisted content that demonstrates genuine expertise and original insight performs normally. Bulk generated content with no editorial substance does not.
Which AI tools do you recommend?
That depends on your stack and team size, and I have no reseller relationships influencing the answer. In most engagements the recommendation includes cancelling at least one subscription that duplicates something you already own.
Can AI replace my content team?
No, and engagements built on that assumption fail. AI reliably compresses research, drafting, and repurposing time. Judgement, positioning, and subject expertise still require people who understand your market.
